Get to grips with your finances

The news is once again full of price rises, of energy, fuel and food. Inflation is forecast to rise to levels not seen since the 1970s. Against this background how will you and your friends and family cope? How will you balance your outgoings to your income? Come and share ideas and hints at the CAP money course.

The CAP (Christians Against Poverty) course will be running the next series of money courses on Wednesday afternoons at Saltash Baptist Church, opposite the station.
The first session, of 3, will be held on Wednesday 22 February from 1pm to 3pm,
They will be led by Jane, a trained money coach, and aim to help delegates put together a budget and share tips and ideas on how to live within individuals’ budgets. (There is no need to share private information).
